Screen not working, how to recover photo

Screen of my iphone 6 is not working, hence i am not able to unlock the phone (not even with thumb impression). is there a way i can recover the photos using PC. the phone is seen on itunes, but not able to recover as the phone is locked with password.

the phone is working and i an getting calls and sms, not able to receive though as the screen is locked.
