i had previously had one which broke, so in December I got a new one. But now it has stopped working..and I tried using my dads and now that is not working but other chargers do work.
AAnd trying to contact Apple is USELESS because I have to give a serial number... When the packaging doesn't have one.
i Am wondering if i can get a new one for free because of apple warranty?

Try contacting Apple again. Your serial number can be found under settings> general> about. The warrenty will cover the charger, just not from any abuse.

however there is a problem. I brought my phone from care phone warehouse not Apple.. but the new charger is from Apple. So I can't contest Apple becasue when I put serial number it says it's not registered with Apple :/
I've never heard of that company, but I'm in the US, maybe if you give the company a call they would be able to help out but I'm really not sure. If you live near an Apple store maybe you could bring the charger in to them in person.
