I can not find iTunes on my iPad. Even Siri can not find it. How can i get it back?

Make sure iTunes Store is not turned off in Settings->General->Restrictions
Sounds like you turned it off.
Check Settings>>General>>Restrictions>>iTunes = ?
Also try Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset home screen layout.
