hand-in missing
hi,
where is the hand in option as a student?
i see only private discussions. i can attach a file in a discussion, but that is not the hand in apple means.
in addition, i don't see any option annotation a pdf.

The private discussions are how students hand-in homework. Using "Open in…" to select iTunes U is the other means of turning in documents. (Both options presume the instructor set the "Enable hand-in" flag in at least one assignment of the course.)
Regarding annotating PDFs, note that the functionality requires specific hardware:

Finally, other threads reported that upgrading to iOS 8.4 addressed a lot of the issues people saw with 3.0, so I'd recommend the same.
