If you still can't remember it, or you've locked yourself out of the iPad with six incorrect passcodes in a row, you'll need to follow the instructions here:

If you choose to continue using this approach, you can proceed as follows:

• Use a computer's browser to go to http://www.icloud.com/find
• Log in to your iCloud account, select the device, and erase it.
• Then click "Remove From Account".

The above steps will remove your iPad from Find My iPhone.
