How to transfer iPhone 5s photos to Windows computer?

I used to do it through My Computer, but iPhone 5s does not appear on My Computer anymore.

The iPhone will only appear in Computer if there are photos in the Camera Roll. If the photos are in the Camera Roll and the device does not appear, then either the USB driver, or Apple Mobile Device Support is not started. Are you having issues with the device being recognized in iTunes? Have you made any recent changes in either the iPhone or the computer? You can also take a look at the information in this support document. Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support

I have 13 pictures in Camera Roll.

Every time I connect iPhone 5s to my PC, I get Trust this computer on the iPhone screen?

Here ('Trust This Computer' alert on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support) it says it shouldn't be happening.

Recently I pressed Don't Trust a few times. Now iPhone doesn't ask me to trust the computer.

Every time iTunes starts it asks me to enter Apple ID and password, twice. It doesn't matter, if I press cancel twice or enter the password twice.

I also get a lot of "This accessory may not be supported" on the iPhone screen, when I connect iPhone 5s to my computer.

Apple store replaced my iPhone 5s recently, because I could not set up Touch ID.

Are you using an Apple cable? If you pressed Do Not Trust, then you will not be able to remove the pictures, since the device will refuse to connect to iTunes. If the computer does not have cookies enabled, or you are not an administrator, then you could continue to get the Trust message, since it is not being saved.

What other troubleshooting have you tried? Do you have the latest version of iTunes? Do you have Windows updated? When you got the phone replaced, did you set it up with a backup of the old device?

Then I would try to import via Windows and then delete them from the device when you import to clear out the iPhone. Let the Windows Import utility delete them after the import, instead of deleting them individually from the phone after the import. Seems sometimes with that Recently Deleted folder, things can get a little confusing. If you do use the phone, make sure to immediately clear the Recently Deleted folder, as I've heard issues with it blocking storage capacity on the phone when it appears there are no photos on the device. Good luck.
