when I hook mu ipad mini 2 up the outlet and usb cord it registers then says not charging? this started happening today when I tried to charge it-nothing changed with the outlets and iv tried connecting other devices to the cords and they work fine don't no y the ipads not charging?

for some reason it charges when its hooked up to the computer but not to my plug which is a 10w usb power adapter?
