Movies problem

I have a problem. I recently got iphone 4s and i downloaded itunes. The problem is when i try to drag movies form my computer to the movies playlist in itunes, it does not work. All of the movies i have are in VLC format. One or Two movies are copied while some wont. Please help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.4

iTunes and the standard video player on iOS do not support VLC. You can download "VLC for iOS" on the App Store and that should play your VLC movies.
