White bars showing over my album names on iPod Touch 5th Gen, idk if it's a glitch?

It sounds like you're seeing unexpected behavior when using the Music app on your iPod Touch. The following Knowledge Base article, although written for apps installed from the App Store, has some great initial recommendations for troubleshooting:
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn your device off and back on.
Check for iOS and app updates
- Make sure that you're using latest version of iOS.
- Open the App Store and tap Updates.
- If updates are available, tap Update All.
- If asked, enter your Apple ID password.
