Bootcamp - Windows 10 Upgrade fail

HI

can't upgrade Windows 7 succesfull to Windows 10 under Bootcamp - OSX El Captain.


AFter First reboot error Message.


'0xC1900101 - 0x20017 Installation failed during safe OS phase with an error during boot operation'


windows is reset to version 7


Any hint?
