Hi everybody,
I tried to change my partition size to allow more space for Windows without realizing that it would ruin my Windows half. Now when I try to boot into Windows, I get "Missing Operating System"

Please post the output of diskutil list. Do you have any third-party NTFS software?

This should be AF. You entered n in the Hex Code rather than Boot flag question. You can repeat the second set of Gdisk steps.
Rest looks clean. Your volume defaults to BOOTCAMP, but it can be renamed. Can you see files in the 'Windows HD' volume?
Yes, I can see the files in it now! Should I try to boot into Windows now?
Can you fix the one bit above with hex code and then we can reboot? Which of the four tests are failing now?
OK, the hex code portion is fixed, and I'm passing all 3 tests now
Click on Restart after Test 3.

One more question, is there a safe way to change the size of the 2 drives, or are they stuck the way they are? If they are, that's totally okay. I'm not effing it up again like that.
There are some fairly convoluted methods using GParted. Here is one http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-gparted-to-resize-your-window s-vista-partition/ .
