Keep getting error message when installing software. Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly.

Please help! I have successfully installed GMATPrep software (additional content) on my machine. However, I had to re-install it and during the installation process I received the following error message, please see screenshot below:Thank you very much for any assistance.
