Exporting Contacts to Vcard does not work

Hello,

For the past few weeks now, I have been unable to export my Icloud Contacts to Vcard format. When I click on the menu option, I can clearly see that my Chrome browser is trying to access the address 'webcourier.push.apple.com', but nothing happens further.

I am surprised Apple has not yet fixed this issue.
