How to completely disable apple cloud?

Now about the 4th time 10.10.4 has been "Clean installed"

Back with more terrible OS X torture. Seems the machine runs fine for a few minutes, then crashes ( becomes totally unresponsive) right after some apple cloud nonsense checks in. I do not use anything in Apple cloud!!

error log starts out with "server returned error" followed by a chain of failed connections to various apple servers, finally CRASH AND BURN like this...

Incidentally, the machine just got back from the authorized Apple repair shop, where it passed all hardware diagnostics, and had its GPU replaced for free (Warranty recall on this model). Never had a peep of trouble till Yosemite came around...

(PS: the two July Panics were from before the GPU was replaced...)

Maybe the OS got corrupted from kernel panic crashes - the machine was spontaneously rebooting a few times a day before the GPU was changed.

i am REALLY TIRED of wiping the drive, reinstalling OS X and all 20 of my apps ( MS-Office is particularly troublesome ) - what are the odds that the problem will be resolved without another "clean install" ( it would be #4 or 5 this month!!)
