signed out of apple id and lost all apple music

I have the solution to this problem. If you've signed out of Apple Music on your phone and lost your playlist here's how to get it back:

1. Go to settings on your iPhone
2. Go down to "Music" and press it
3. Under the "Library" heading turn on "iCloud Music Library"
4. Now go back to the Music app and it should be there (assuming you have your phone backed up on iCloud)

i cant turned on my apple music because its already associated with another apple ID. how am i going to get my old account again? please help.

I am livid, this just happened to me. Had to sign out of my Apple ID and when I go back poof, everything is gone...it appears to be trying to download my songs again now, but my largest playlist that i have been working on for weeks to get it the way i want it now shows 3 songs instead of 300, what a cumbersome joke this service is.

happened to me as well, now i dont sign out

if i have to, i create a playlist in iTunes, name it something like "All Music", create a filter for this playlist, match any music time is greater than 0:00, you can always go to this "All Music" playlist to download back all music at ONE touch

What worked for me was having signed back into my apple ID, trying to then add an apple music song to my library. It asked me to turn on iCloud music and then merged the libraries together again bring everything back! Hope that helps

If you're on a mac, go to iTunes on the very top menu bar on your computer, then preferences, and turn on iCloud Music Library (located underneath the name of your library in the General Preferences tab.) It should bring back all of your apple music, and even seems to remember which ones were downloaded offline.

This software has become such a sad shadow of it's former self. I had this exact thing JUST happen. I fixed it by deleting (ok, I moved mine) the ituneslibrary.itl file from my Music folder.

MAC HD> USERS>YOU>MUSIC

This seems to have worked. All my Apple Music content is now back. Hope that helps.

ty so much I frickn freaked the merge worked and went back to Apple Music and said loading library only downfall I have make everything available offline again But at least my library is there now if we could just find out why the **** are apps dont hide in purchase history

my Apple Music playlist gone missing after i sign out App Store and Sign in to my mother Apple ID and later on sign in back to mine... the iCloud Music is auto off and i turn if back, ask me to merge playlist, end up all playlist GONE...

APPLE W T F, if your services is not mature please stop charging peoples... sign out will caused such problem.... thats all, bye Apple Music

I was experiencing greyed-out, unplayable tracks with Apple Music, so followed the suggestion to sign out and back in again on iTunes.

My entire streaming library has now disappeared.

The alternative is to really download the music to the iPhone: then it stays there even when have logged out.

Open music. Click on that little silhouette in top left corner.

Click view Apple ID

Click Apple ID. It will ask you to sign in. Once you do your music comes back.
