when release power button get message to use english as main language press return

i read some where this is booting into recovery mode?

Still no useful info.Is this a brandnew mac? what OSX is installed? What do you want to do?

I guess that this is the same as a start with the shift key pressed, which means a start in Safe Mode. You do not want to do that. Press the Caps button on the keyboard once to switch the light off, then restart.
