Early 2011 MacBook Pro windows 10

Obviously windows 10 isn't supported on an early 2011 MacBook Pro, but can it still be installed onto it?

I have the Late 2011 Mac Pro. I just wiped my entire machine to upgrade to a larger hard drive. I did the CMD+OPT+R to boot the Online Installer for LION. Then upgraded directly to El Capitan. Then I did one more small update in mac (for camera or something). Then I started the Bootcamp process and downloaded the 5.1 drivers from the 6.0 bootcamp UI. Then I installed Windows 10 x645 Multi Version. I applied the 5.1 drivers to my bootcamp and everything is working really well! Really smooth process. Bluetooth works, wifi works, brightness works, sound works, trackpad completely works. THANKS APPLE!

p.s. the only issue I had was I had to force power down after the first reboot because it was stuck on the Blue Windows Icon screen at boot.

p.p.s I am doing a windows update right now and I will let you know if there are any issues from the updates.

Dude I did it once then I downgraded once I found out that my drivers were compatible with that edition I decided to give it a go. In almost a month on my birthday I decided to restart the pc to windows 10. The screen booted black and it stayed like that no key combos worked and i'm still currently working on getting my pc fixed. If you are planning on upgrading your pc to windows 10 through bootcamp and you have a early 2011. I'd advise you stay away until its supported.

Actually I took it to the repair shop and I found out that my issue wasn't a software issue but hardware. It was the motherboard not windows 10 phew. So I suppose I take back everything I just said previously. And yes it can be installed you have to go to bootcamp assistant, take out a flash drive or external hard drive and move the drivers there. Then when you have done upgraded to windows 10 you can take the drivers you have downloaded previously and click on the bootcamp installer to install them all at once. Or if you can't do that you have to install the drivers one by one. Also, you have to take into risk that Windows 10 still has bugs and early 2011 pc's aren't supported yet. If you do upgrade, you do so at your own risk. As for me I've been using Windows 10 for awhile and I haven't found any serious issues with it.
