ibooks hasn't gotten back with me after I submitted as an author my banking info

I was told by ibooks store that it could take up to a week to get "approved" or in the system to sell my ebooks on ibooks. I filled out their lengthy applications and verified several emails and gave my banking info and it's been 4 weeks and I don't know who I should be contacting or where. Can anyone help?
