It depends on which type of apps you are referring to. Apple has some apps for which they create a version for Windows. Examples of those are iTunes, Quicktime, and others. Both iTunes and Quicktime are reported by Microsoft to be compatible with Windows 10. Apple has other apps such as Pages, Numbers, and many others for which they create no Windows versions and those apps will not run on Window 10 or any other version of Windows.
