Motherboard schematic
Hello everyone!
would anyone here happen to have a motherboard schematic for a late 2008 MacBook Pro or at least the section around the WiFi/Bluetooth cable?
THanks!

Apple doesn't release technical information like that.
Look the model up on https://www.ifixit.com/ and hope that they have the images you need, they may have a teardown that covers the mechanical layout but an actual schematic of the PCB isn't public.
You can try the comments section on that site - if you are lucky someone with their Macbook open may be able to take an image of it otherwise photograph the effected area & look around for sites to ask for help with it - Apple frown upon users doing their own repairs & your posts may get moderated into oblivion if you get too technical 🙂
Good luck with it.
I found a picture of what I need on that site but it looked like any other component, no value was stamped on it. I couldn't even tell what it was other than brown.
Would an authorized repair center have access to schematics? I would rather pay to have the part replaced than buy a new motherboard.

Authorised repair centres do not replace individual components. If the parts are damaged, missing or faulty the entire assembly is usually replaced. That normally means that the entire logic board is replaced.
You may find a parts supplier that may exchange for second hand/ refurbished parts, but I don't know where you would go to have custom electronic repairs to Mac logic boards.
Darn. What happened was a small component fell off and I'd like to find out the value of it. I may never get around to repairing it but just in case.
