I just received a survey regarding the next iPhone 7 claiming to offer a free iPhone 6 for taking the survey. Has anyone seen this one before? Is this real? If it is a scam, does anyone know who to report it to?

I am having this same issue also. The first time it happened I figured it was a scam and didn't click the ok button. I eventually ended up having to delete the app it came up on and reinstall. First it happened while on Facebook app and just now on Pinterest. I hope something gets done soon, it's getting annoying.

It says to go to setup and then safari and then tap on erase history. It worked for me.
Did you have this happen on other apps too? It happened on Pinterest with me as well as the facebook app

Posting a live link to a scam website is not a good idea. It could lead to adware/malware.

You didn't need to do any of that. I had this happen to me. just click ok which will take you to a stupid suthey that you can ignore to your hearts content.
I did Not click OK. I Got rid of it by closing safari, going to settings>safari>clear history and Website data.
This happened to my wife on her iPhone this morning. I also had to close safari then go to settings>>safari>>clear history and website data>>delete.
Clearing my history and website data doesnt do anything in my case.
I'm at a loss, have contacted reportphishing, but that does not solve the issues with the websites immediatly.
Go to a different WiFi hotspot (or turn off WiFi and just use cell data), double-click your home button and close safari, then go to Settings > Safari > clear history and website data and see if it works. It is possible your router has been infected.
Not very likely, since I'm on a different network now as I was yesterday. Plus it happens on both wifi and cellular. Private browsing has no positive effects either.
So I'm at a loss what to do.
Are you returning to the same website?
Do a Forced Restart on your iPhone first (hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
Double-click on the home button and close Safari.
Go to the Settings > Safari > and zap the history again.
Don't go to that website.
