8.4.1

I have a iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.4, and I'm trying to update to 8.4.1. Settings>General>Software Update shows "iOS 8.4.1", an active but unhelpful "Learn More" button, and a greyed out "Update Requested..." button. This leaves me with no actions to take to get the update installed. I have repeatedly done a hard reset (power and home buttons pressed until the Apple appears and then released), and I have "Reset Network Settings", but the situation remains as described. Everything else works and there is active internet access.
