MacBook Pro A1286 bottom case rubber feet fell off

I have no local Apple Service Center. I need to replace the rubber feet that are falling off my MacBook Pro Model A1286. How do I go about obtaining the parts? From what I understand, there was a kit available at one time from Apple, but I have no idea how to contact their "Parts Department", if there even is such a thing.
