Can I restore photos deleted from "recently deleted" folder?

I deleted all my videos from recently deleted on accident is their anyway I can recover them? I really really need them back

Dont worry ive pasted through that just get a pc open folder that says photos deleted or just photos and get those pictures back

When a user deletes a photo from the Recently Deleted album they get a dialog that states "This photo will be deleted. This action cannot be undone." Unfortunately this means that the photos you have deleted can not be recovered. See this help page for reference - Organize photos and videos - iPhone

Specifically -

Delete a photo or video from Photos. Tap the Photos tab, tap the photo or video, tap , then tap Delete Photo or Delete Video. Deleted photos and videos are kept in the Recently Deleted album on iPhone, with a badge showing the remaining days until the item is permanently removed from iPhone. To delete the photo or video permanently before the days expire, tap the item, tap Delete, then tap Delete Photo or Delete Video.

Though it's really impossible. I suggest you to log in iCloud.com and check for deleted photos. Perhaps they're there already. If so, you can restore them by the following steps.

1. Reset your iPhone via "Settings" > "Reset" > "Erase all contents and settings".

2. iPhone reboots.

3. Choose "Restore from iCloud Backup".

Hope it works.

Photos that are synced with iCloud are not part of a backup. Your recommendation will only cause more data loss.
