AppleIDAuthAgent prompting for password for a keychain constantly.

Hi.

I have struggled with this for a long time now and really want to get to the bottom of it. Basically what happened is I have reset the password on my iMac and deleted the old keychain, created a new "login" keychain that which matches the user password, and managed to get all my stuff working again but this AppleIDAuthAgent just constantly keeps asking me for the password. Particularly this happens when I use mail - create a new email or reply to an email. I have been reading through forums and help files and tried everything - no luck. Is there someone out there who knows how to solve this?
