The Find My Phone app in iCloud is fine. But it only shows streets. Like Google Maps or even Apple Maps Is there a way to also show what that building is where the phone has been located? Or what is the exact address? Or a street view of the location?
Is there another app that works like Find My Phone but has these features?

If I understand correctly, you're talking about Find My iPhone when you go to icloud.com.
Look in the lower right corner of the map and you will see a drop down to select Standard, Satellite, or Hybrid.

Yes. I'm familiar with that menu of standard, satellite and hybrid but it doesn't show me the street address or even an overlay of what that location might be, such as a store or restaurant where the phone was lost. If, like Google Maps, there was an indication of what that actual location was, or what the street address might be, it could a lot easier to call that place and ask, "Did you find my iPhone".
I'm really surprised Apple doesn't see the value in adding that kind of info on their Find My Phone thru iCloud maps. I'm surprised no third-party app hasn't been invented to do that.

There are many success stories around that Find My iPhone helped the owner locate their iPhone or even able to track it back to a thief's residence. I haven't heard any stories yet that even though Find My iPhone showed the location they were unable to recover it because the maps didn't give the exact address or what type of establishment it was. Most people would remember where they were when they lost it and Find My iPhone would simply help them verify that's the location.
I did see a report not long ago (sorry I don't have the source) that Apple is working on Street View and maybe at that time more will be added to Apple Maps.
