I have a trouble with soft Everalbum:

"Dear TUAN,

This email confirms your order of the following subscription with a free trial of 7 days. You are not charged for the free trial period, but when your 1 month subscription automatically renews on 08/28/15 you will be billed $9.99 for the period.

Either click on the 'manage subscriptions' link towards the bottom of what you pasted (if using your computer that will open iTunes, and after entering your password will show you the subscriptions section of your account), or there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : Manage your auto-renewing subscriptions.

For some reasons I applied formal auto-renewal of Hotspot VPN via Apple Store. How can I cancel this auto-renewal? I've checked my account and subscription but no option to turn-off the auto-renewal. Could anybody help me how to solve this problem?

Hi. Please Cancel AutoRap by Smule, All access Pass (automatic Renewal), also, cancel subscription. It was popped up on my iphone, decide to cancel the order after the next day. I've realized, that I have to pay today from SMULE. (Oh, No.) What is going on? Didn't I e-mail to let them know, 'Report a problem' about a month ago? I know, I did. I don't understand why it doesn't cancel. Now I want my refund, please. Thank you. Vicki Newport

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user-to-user forums, nobody on here can cancel a subscription or refund you.

Dear Srs , I've being charged from the App Store, for the HBO Now program, but unfortunately , today, I've been living in Brazil , and this application doesn't work correctly here.

Please, I would like to cancel my subscription .

See my above reply immediately above yours, it has a link with instructions about how to cancel an iTunes subscription.

(And you are talking to fellow users on here, not iTunes Support nor Apple.)
