Is iCloud compatible with Outlook 2016?

From looking at these Posts it started back in August and they still don't have a fix for it.

I'm having the same issue. I just downloaded the latest iCloud client so it is still broken.

Same issue here. Icloud does NOT work with Outlook 2016. Come on Apple, go and shame yourself.

October 6, 13 days after the full official retail release of Office 2016, and this is still an issue.

Please fix apple, this is seriously infuriating.

Apple support just told me, that they shall soon (whatever soon is) release an update of iCould for Windows, fixing the issue

I too am awaiting Apple to be able to sync with Office 2016. Let's go Apple, make it happen!!!

Same issue here. iCloud 4.1 for Windows is not compatible with Outlook 2016. Three weeks and still counting...

I, too, have the same issue after I upgraded to Office365 - 2016 on Windows 10.

I can not sync contacts, calendars, etc... I tried almost every single possibility but nothing works.

iCloud version 4.1 on Windows 10.

Just adding to the list of folks that are in the same boat. There are many people patiently awaiting resolution to this frustrating problem.

Same issue. upgraded today to office 2016 now i can't install icloud. keeps telling me to repair (or report it to Apple -lol). Can anyone from Apple give a date on the update to icloud?

I agree that it doesn't matter which operating system...I'm using Windows 7 and having the same problems reported above. This functionality is a big reason my entire family is using iPhones. Now that Google is working better with Outlook, I can see a lot of people making the switch if Apple doesn't get this FIXED asap. Because here's the other thing...now that Office 2016 is out, Dell isn't even offering computers with Office 2013 any more so EVERYONE with a new Dell will lose the important iCloud functionality.

I have the same problem with Outlook 2016 (on win 10 ) and icloud. Ive mentioned this in a few posts on this forum to keep the subject alive.

2016 was out in beta for a while before its public launch, I would have thought that Apple would have realised there was a problem. If not then, THEY SHOULD KNOW BY NOW! They're beginning to alienate a LOT of OFFICE users who need this to work.

C'mon you guys at Apple can we get a fix for this! Pretty please, with sugar on top!

They really seem to be acting like they don't care too much about this problem. Well Apple let's put it this way, with both iPad pro and surface pro both coming out, if this isn't fixed before the release, the choice will move from 2 iPad pros to 2 surface pros, yes it is THAT important!

The time is approaching to take this to online magazine editors.

Even though Microsoft recently revealed that there are 110.000.000 W10 installs already, I fear we are not yet enough (23 posts, 3800 views to this threat) since it looks like when you are upgrading to W10 and or further to Office 2016, iCloud continues to work.

So its a bout fresh installs, which might not be so many. But, some 100.000 anyway getting more every day. If someone has ideas, how to escalate would be much appreciated, since obviously Apple only hosts this forum but never listen to its customers pain. Otherwise some official voice from Apple would post here as to when they consider this issue being fixed.
