IPAD + VMWARE

I'm waiting iPAD to run VMWARE/windows as other iMAC.
Portability of my old applications inside my iPAD......not remotely!
It will be possible?

Your wait will be long. the ipad uses an Apple designed processor based on the ARM architecture. Windows requires x86 architecture.
