App fail to download

Product name and specs : MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010) : 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Operating system : OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5 (14F27)

Relevant application : App Store Version 2.0 (376.29)

Connection : WIFI, WPA2 Personal

Allow apps downloaded from: Mac app store and identified developer


Can't Install or update an apps via App store from non-apple developer. For example, LINE, VOX, PhotoScape X
- VOX, I solve problem by delete app and download new version direct from developer website.

- LINE, After deleted an app I checked from developer website. They link back to App store.

Re-Install and Use the Purchases page to try again both are failed to download also.

- Can't install new apps, failed to download.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
