Can't connect to internet using cellular data. 8.4.1

After updating to 8.4.1 I do not have a cellular data network listed in settings. Cellular data is on and contract is valid.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1, Using Internet contract

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

If you don't see a cellular data network listed in Settings on your iPhone, making sure that cellular data is on and that your contract is valid are good steps.

Next, try troubleshooting steps two through six in If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data.
