Cannot connect to iTunes store on Windows 10

I recently installed Windows 10 on my computer and it worked fine but when I installed a update for Itunes it says "Can't connect to store make sure your connection is active". I have restart, uninstalled and reinstalled, check my firewall and etc. but to no avail it did not work.

I ran diagnostic test from Itunes and this is the log file: (I don't know why it says Windows 8 when I installed Windows 10)

I also created an account here to be able to thank you! This is August of 2016 and your advice is STILL saving iTunes users like me from jumping off the proverbial cliff!!! THANK YOU for posting your solution. I even took my MSI gaming laptop that I've NEVER had a single issue before with to a computer repair shop and THEY couldn't fix the problem after I tried calling Apple Support as well as countless other troubleshooting fixes myself. I FINALLY arrived at this forum and your command prompt reset fix DID THE TRICK! YAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY! You are my HERO Ecastro 179 and G_W_C (for posting that it worked!)
