I can't use iTunes to enter the Apple Music Festival ticket draw.

When I click Win Tickets in iTunes, it opens a link in my browser which tries and fails to open iTunes, leaving me at the iTunes download page.

When I click "Explore The Festival" button on the festival website, it sends me to the iTunes download page, even when iTunes is open.

Any ideas how I can get around this?

I have contacted the festival help email address, but they simply told me to do what I had already done.

Any help would be hugely appreciated, thank you!
