Since 8.4.1 update my Iphone 6 cant update or download apps from the Appstore. I tried all the suggested fixes such as reseting everything on the phone or sign out and then sign in to appstore but the problem persists.. Any solution or idea why is this happening?

well i just figured out that with cellular network i can both update and download apps but using my homes wi-fi i cant. thats the issue
Then you have a problem with your home network.
well that doesnt change the fact that i cant use appstore when i am on my home network
then we are not dealing with the same problem.
Mine doesn't work no matter the connection.
I've tried restore all the settings, network settings, and changing system language, non of them worked.
The only thing i can do now is restore all settings and contents and start fresh, but I don't want to go that far. Getting all of my contents back will be a long a painful process.
i dont think restoring everything whould fix the problem.. maybe you should make a post so experienced ppl help you or be advised from apple itself

Sign out then Sign back in.
