hi i am having a factory unlocked iPhone 4S. However sometime back cellular stopped functioning. Now recently wifi got grayed. Since then i am not able to sync to itunes as well. How to resolve the issue. (Phone was bought in USA and am in India now)

Take the phone back to the US for service or send it to someone you know there to do so. It can not be serviced in India.
