Help. I have a friend who live in another country, he wanted to buy me an iPhone. Can he buy them on apple site but the mailing address is mine.. Could that work? Is it possible? Help

Even if that were possible, your iPhone would not have any warranty in your country. If something happened to it, it would have to be serviced in the country where it was purchased.
Perhaps the best solution would be for your friend to send you funds and allow you to purchase the iPhone in your own country.

The warranty would not be valid in another country and you may not be able to use the LTE network in your country.
