Bootcamp gone after Yosemite Install

I can see bootcamp partition on disk utility ** it is unmounted.

I have this results from terminal, what can I do?

Can you click on Mount and post any error messages? In Applications -> Utilities -> Console logs, search for any Bootcamp of disk0s4 related messages.

It may be the quickest solution. Please create a backup of OSX first.
