If you have used it for 4 hours, then yes that would be normal 🙂
8.4.1 DOES NOT have battery drain issues. But your phone may, most likely caused by an app that is stuck in a loop. You need to find that app. Go to Settings/General/Usage - Battery usage, and see which apps are using the most energy.
