I changed my apple id to my new email address and set my password. Icloud is still using my old id and I can't remember my password. It won't take the new password and I can't change my id in Icloud (or I don't know how). What can I do?

If you changed your Apple ID without signing out of your device, you might need to restore the device. I take it you're trying to sign out but it prompts for the old address and password?
if you can access the device you can change appleID in
settings->itunes & app stores
settings->icloud
if the device is activated to the old and you can't recall the password and or have the email address anymore
or can't recall y our security question you will have to show up in an apple store with proof or purchase to use the phone once more
Unfortunately we dont have Apple Store in Israel...
The problem is that I only change my Apple ID (I have the password of the new one) but the iCloud doesn't change and stay on the old email address and I don't rememiner the password of this old Apple ID...
