Do you get extra iCloud storage for each device you buy?

I just purchased the new iPhone and I have other devices under the same Apple ID such as my IPad and Laptop and I'm struggling to maintain a healthy storage space with only 5GB. As I have purchased more then one device do I not get free additional storage on top of my original purchase?
