I have put the correct information for my billing account on iTunes but it still will not work.can someone please help me

Why everytime I try to download or upload something it says check your billing information and its correct.

What is the exact text of the message that you are getting ? If it's about the card's security code or your zip code : If your credit card company's records don't match your records in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
