when Ever I try to plug in my iPad into my Mac nothing happens at all , when I try to charge it using the iPad charger it jus shows apple logo and switches off and repeats like a boot loop ! Can anyone please help me out

Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. This takes about 10-20 seconds.
If the iPad still doesn't start up when you do that, try restoring using recovery mode. Note that all data will be lost, but if the iPad successfully restores and boots so up, you will be able to restore your backup, if you have one.

I would try to charge it for a day, but use another charger that is proven to work. If that does not work it is the charging inlet electronics probably.
