I need to unlock a iPhone 4 to factory settings with out any kind of backup.

Please explain with more detail. I don't understand what you mean by unlock.

Unlock is something that you have to discuss with your carrier.

What are you trying to accomplish?

The phone is a company phone. Was turn in locked needing ---- code. The person said good luck.

Take all of the ownership documents to Apple and ask them to help you.

Next time you may want to consider locking the iPhone yourself before you give it to the employee.
