I search the internet for this question, but get no answer.
It will be possible to upgrade from El Capitan public Beta to Final release? In Yosemite i cannot do that, despite everyone say it was possible.

We cannot help you here. Beta editions like iOS9 and El Capitan are confidential and not for general discussion. There would have been a feedback support link advised to you when you first downloaded it and to which you should address any questions you have. You should not be surprised if your post is removed.
