Moved from the country

I moved from the US to Argentina. And I changed my payment information to an Argentinian credit card but now it says it doesn't match my billing info. If I update my billing info, the country will change and I will loose al the credit I had in the previous account ($100). What can I do not to loose this amount?

If you still have store credit on your account, it will not allow you to change countries.


You can only use a form of payment from the country your account is in. You can spend the store credit, and then change your country to Argentina, but I suggest you backup your content before doing so.
