i can't update my gen 2 ipod to 4.2.1
My generation 2 ipod won't update from version 2.2.1..Ihave suspended my security system, updated my pc, updated itunes, rebooted and still get message .1 of a failed update.Any suggestions?

- Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
