how do I DELETE credit card info and add PAYPAL instead for iTunes Store
i went to settings and clicked on my Apple ID already
it will not let me delete the credit card just edit and there is no paypal selection available but apple.com says can use paypal as payment option
i a using iPad device.

you can only use paypal for apple online store , not for itunes store .
for deleting your card info settings-itunes&app store-click on your id-view id- paymnet opetion-select none

Are you in the US ? As far as I know paypal is currently only available for iTunes in the US - if you are then try logging into your account on your computer's iTunes (e.g. Store > View Account menu option), you can't do it directly on your iPad.
