sound problem

my macbook air doesn't have any sound neither headset

Try these steps:

1. Navigate to System Preferences/ Sound / Output / Internal Speakers

Make sure Mute option is not enabled.

2. Reset PRAM OS X Lion: Reset your computer’s PRAM

3. Reset SMC: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
