Why does my 2012 mac mini hdmi connected screen flicker, show static and go black?

I purchased a mac mini in 2014 and plugged in a Dell 27" monitor via HDMI. The flickering and crackling started about 6 months in. I replaced the HDMI cable twice, same problem. I have since moved and the problem has only gotten worse. I bought a new monitor and another new HDMI cable. The screen is constantly flickering, showing static and going black 10+ times per hour! I tried turning off my iphone and taking it out of the room, changing the screen resolution and unplugging my logitech speakers that crackle when the monitor blinks.

This is driving me crazy. I am begging for help!
