Iphone6 64gig sometimes when i swipe down from the top of the screen notification center isnot working and when swipe up from the buttom of the screen control center is not working , and the touch is very well i think is that something in the system

control center and notification center are not working unless open it from assistive touch i think is from system

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

In addition to the excellent information that FoxFifth provides, there is a setting that you can either allow or disallow Control Center from being accessed on the Lock Screen, whereas Notification Center does not have a setting to turn it off there. So if your issue with Control Center is in the Lock Screen, make sure you have that setting enabled.
